APSIPAASC2011isthethirdgreateventoftheAsiaPacificSignalandInformationProcessingAssociation(APSIPA).Foundedin2009,APSIPAaimstopromoteresearchandeducationonsignalprocessing,informationtechnologyandcommunications.TheannualconferencewaspreviouslyheldinJapanin2009andinSingaporein2010.ThefieldofinterestofAPSIPAconcernsallaspectsofsignalsandinformationincludingprocessing,recognition,classification,communications,networking,computing,systemdesign,security,implementation,andtechnologywithapplicationstoscientific,engineering,andsocialareas.AcceptedpapersinregularsessionsandacceptedpapersinspecialsessionswillbepublishedinAPSIPAASC2011proceedingswhichwillbeindexedbyEICompendex.
